Fair Winds Manor

Fair Winds is another home within the Quality Life Services family of homes.  The project resulted from the need for a dedicated Short-Term Rehabilitation unit within the home.  The project consisted of a 17,000 square foot addition that provided a dedicated 17 bed short-term rehabilitation unit including all private rooms, piped in medical gases, a new Bistro with Serving Pantry, bathing spa and nurses station with associated utility rooms.  The project took advantage of the topography to create a new Physical Therapy Gym, several much-needed offices and space for future relocation of the central kitchen and laundry facilities.  The project was a full design-build project.
